Applying for the Home Partners of America Lease With The Right To Purchase Program is pretty simple and I show you what you can expect. Keep in mind the requirements & fees may vary as time goes on but this the process as of this video.
The application process is rather transparent, simple and easy to do. Today I cover some of the items you can expect to see so you can be prepared when you apply.

This would show Home Partners Of America where the client is being directed from and allow me to assist you. Keep in mind I work in the North Texas area so I could help you myself. If you are in another part of the country you could still use the link and I, along with Home Partners, will refer you to an expert in your area. You would get to work with someone who knows the program in your area and would allow me to get a referral fee as well as help me continue to bring you great content about the program.
If you decide to apply directly then you would simply apply at the Home Partners website at which time you would set up a portal where you could input your information. You would need to have the information ready that is in the qualification section such as employment, general information including social security, rental history, income and other pertinent information. Also be ready to provide the application fee as well as that will be needed to start your application process and review.
Once you apply and submit are your necessary documentation Home Partners Of America will usually take about a day or so to review and get back with you with an answer. The wonderful thing about this is that it is an actual team of people dedicated to reviewing your application, not an automated system. This gives your application a serious review so you can have an opportunity to explain something should they have questions, unlike automated systems.
When you hear back with their decision they will provide you with approval and their max approved monthly payment. You can then use this along with their search feature on their website to start your search. If you applied with me I will contact you and discuss the home search procedure and go from there. If you are working with another agent their information will be provided to you. Overall the process is efficient, transparent and fast which should give you confidence about the Home Partners of America program.
