If you are considering using the Lease With The Option to Buy Program through Home Partners, you might be wondering what the deposit amount is or if there is even a deposit?
Home Partners of America does require a deposit, the simple answer is they require the deposit amount to be equal to two months rent. Keep in mind this is a security deposit and not prepaid rent or anything like that. No it is not first and last months rent, it is a normal security deposit. You can get it back just like a normal deposit pending the lease is fulfilled and the property condition is acceptable to Home Partners.
Home Partners of America is a great resource for those looking to lease a little bit nicer home than they are finding and also having the option to purchase the home in the future.
