Is financing provided by Home Partners of America should you decide to purchase the home?
Home Partners of America does not provide financing to clients who choose to purchase the property which they lease as part of the Lease With The Option To Purchase Program. Keep in mind they are only providing the program but not the actual financing when a person decides to purchase the home. The financing would have to be done just like a normal transaction, it would be up to the client to secure their own financing like a traditional purchase.
If you would like some assistance with finding a lender I can certainly refer some local lenders who I work with and provide great services to my client. Another item to keep in mind is that the goal of the Home Partners program is for the client to ultimately get in to homeownership and as part of the qualifications of the program they want you to be close to qualifying. This shows them you are close and by the time the lease ends or as time goes the client would be getting closer to being able to qualify to get a loan.
