How much is the application fee for the Home Partners of America Lease with the option to purchase program?
The fee varies by market so keep that in mind but the majority of the markets range from $75 to $99. I am in the Dallas Fort Worth market and the fee is $99. In California the fee is currently $45, keep in mind that is as of March 2020. The fee is per household, so the $99 covers a household regardless of the number of applicants. So if there is a couple applying the fee is $99. If there are three applicants who will be living in the home the fee is $99.
Keep in mind these fees are subject to change and are these amounts as of March of 2020.
