So how does the Home Search Process work with Home Partners of America? Simple actually! So once you get approved Home Partners will give you an amount for which you are approved. With that amount you can go to their home search tab on their website which will allow you to enter your criteria, including rent amount and will show you available properties.
Most properties on their site will be approved, if you have doubts you can check with their address checker on their site to double check. There are other factors you will want to know about such as what criteria Home Partners requires, which I go in to detail.
While Home Partners makes it easy for you to search for a home, it helps to have an experience real estate agent who understands the program and can share their experience with you. If I can be of help I would be more than happy to help. I am in the Dallas Fort Worth area, however if you are in other areas I can still help you get in contact with an agent who is familiar with the program.
