Does Home Partners of America Own the homes that clients select from?
I get this question all the time, asking if the selection of homes that clients can lease are only those owned by Home Partners. The reality and the beauty of the Home Partners of America Lease With The Option To Purchase Program is the wide selection of homes a client can pick from. The homes which are made available are homes which are actually found on the MLS system listed for sale.
These homes are listed for sale and you can find them on the Home Partners website with a rental amount listed. So when you want to start looking at the options of homes they are rather wide since the homes are the same ones listed in the MLS system. Keep in mind the Home Partners website is going to be your best source because they are filtered through their site and presented properly with a rental amount.
