What is the Home Partners Of America Pet Policy? Can I have pets with the Home Partners program?
It is no surprise that roughly 67% of Americans have a pet so it would only be appropriate that someone would want to know if Home Partners allows pets? The short answer is yes, Home Partners of America allows pets on their properties. Just like any other landlord they have a pet policy however it is very generous in my opinion.
Yes pets are allowed, any combination of cats or dogs, no more than three and no more than a total weight of 180 pounds. The following breed of dogs are prohibited: doberman, ptibull, Rottweiler or mastiff... or a mixed breed including any of these. So what about other types of pets... well they state no livestock, farm animals pets such as pigs, horses, chickens, goats, aquariums over 20 gallons, and exotic, venomous and verminous pets are not allowed.
Did we miss a pet? Don't hesitate to contact them and just ask, you actually get a human and they will answer your question. To me the pet policy with Home Partners is fair and actually pretty generous. Also keep in mind assistance animals are excluded and of course proper documentation will need to be provided.
