I discuss why Home Partners may deny your application in this video. The best way I like to describe this issue is very basic, just like many other rental applications they are looking at key areas such as employment, income, credit, rental history and other key items. Keep in mind however that actually people are reviewing your applications and that makes it so much better than a traditional application through a property management company.
Actual people are looking though your application which makes it easier to evaluate it and a better opportunity for your to get a fair review. Keep in mind you should review their requirements first so that you are aware and prepared. Simple denials could be avoided if you check the requirements such as deposit amounts, credit and rental history, if you do that your chance of denial are greatly decreased.
